Custom 3D Printed Products

Many items sold through Nicheproducts4you are 3D printed and may be made to order. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations, layer lines, small surface imperfections, color differences, support marks, or slight measurement differences may occur. These characteristics are normal for 3D printed products and do not necessarily qualify as defects.

Product photos, previews, mockups, or digital renderings are provided for general reference only. Final products may vary slightly depending on material, printer settings, finishing process, scale, and design complexity.

Customer-Submitted Designs, Images, and Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any files, photos, logos, designs, characters, names, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content submitted to Nicheproducts4you are legally authorized for use.

By submitting any file, image, design, or custom request, the customer represents and warrants that they either own the rights to the submitted material or have permission from the rightful owner to use it for the requested purpose.

Nicheproducts4you reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order that appears to involve unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, restricted, illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate material.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, characters, copyrighted works, and intellectual property referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Nicheproducts4you is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party brand, company, franchise, game studio, movie studio, celebrity, organization, or intellectual property owner.

Any custom work based on customer-submitted material is created at the request of the customer, and the customer is solely responsible for confirming that they have the legal right to request, purchase, possess, or use the finished product.

Product Use and Safety

Products sold by Nicheproducts4you are generally intended for decorative, collectible, display, cosplay, hobby, prototype, or personal use unless otherwise stated.

Any design assistance, file preparation, scaling, modification, or product recommendation provided by Nicheproducts4you is offered as general 3D printing support only. We do not guarantee that any item is suitable for a specific mechanical, structural, safety, medical, legal, or commercial purpose unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicheproducts4you is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, modification, installation, or inability to use any product purchased from this shop.

The customer assumes responsibility for how the product is used after delivery.

Order Refusal and Cancellation
