Thank you for shopping with us. All items are made with care, and many products are custom 3D printed after the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the product listing, promotion, invoice, or written agreement.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout whenever available. If a custom shipping quote is needed due to the size, weight, destination, or special handling requirements of an order, the customer will be notified before the order is shipped.

Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on the size, complexity, and quantity of the 3D printed item ordered. Custom orders may require additional production time before shipping.

Estimated processing times listed on product pages are estimates only and may vary due to print time, material availability, order volume, or quality control needs.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, customs processing, or other issues outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with filing a claim or working with the carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed unless shipping insurance or another written agreement applies.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

Free shipping, discounted shipping, included shipping, or seller-paid shipping may be offered on specific products, promotions, or custom agreements. Any exception must be clearly stated in the listing, invoice, checkout page, or written communication.
